This journal should really be titled "Sorry for the stupendously long writers block" because while I've managed to co-write quite well in the past months that formed my spring quarter at UCSB (I think without AIM I would have probably gone nuts) my singular writing attempts are a bit lacking. School has a tendency to suck the creativity out of me to an extent, and if I'm playing off of another person I do fine, but when it comes to a lot of the works I've started (Montanto, (which I need to get back to) and Thrill of the Hunt (also need to get back to)) I'm staring at a very big brick wall (it's got some nice masonry to it though).

I'm going to try to get onto the writing horse over the summer, but as I'm entering my senior year in college I have the double threat of starting to look where I'm going for my masters work and the GREs. I imagine that's going to take up a good portion of my day and the rest is likely going to get sucked up in apathetically watching of Ninja Warrior and Top Chef because I'm just burned out from the quarter system (whoever decided ten weeks was enough time to manage sixteen units needs to be shot several times and dumped into a ditch).

On a more positive note, I've gotten a chance to mooch a friend in SBs PS2 for a while and so I've gotten a chance to clock some good time on some games I'd wanted to play but hadn't. Hopefully that'll help with the writers block. XD
